The working model in the preliminary project status shows the ‘Casa M’ project by Giuliani Hönger in Ascona on the Scalinata della Ruga between the promenade and Monte Vérita. The two-family house stages the view of Lago Maggiore and the greenery and architecturally realises ‘the climate as a design factor’.
