The original office building is in the middle of a residential area. With the aim of a long-term stable income situation, the client decided to transform the house into a residential building. The apartment sizes were based on the existing building, which is characterized by an L-shaped basic figure and its location on a hillside. On Zollikerstrasse, the 21 rental apartments have a shared entrance, followed by a spacious entrance hall. From there it goes up to the four residential floors. The facade was completely renovated: spacious floor-to-ceiling windows provide attractive views of the surrounding area. The balconies, which unmistakably refer to the residential use, are also new
