The Viennese architecture firm ARTEC was responsible for the remodelling of the listed villa designed by Basel master builder Eduard Preiswerk (1871 - 1951). The historic interior was retained. The colour concept by Rudolf Schürmann, co-founder of the sales and development platform Poetic Walls, adds a contemporary interpretation to the building. The photographs were taken for the magazine Konfekt.
